Is there a Common SMD or thin strip type of component that is just Mosfet/Thermisistor Fuse that operates in line with a circuit at near 0 ohm and chokes voltage the hotter it gets in a much broader range then regular thermal fuses.
Reliable enough for medical devices even where the parts being regulated don't need a thermostat or the thermal controlled component measured to operate. so 24V supplied open 0 ohm then 100f on component in line with element exponential Ohm increase scales to choke to near inf-OHM at 130f.
The part must be designed already just has been difficult to find a name or thermistor with that low temp and low voltage spec and a wide operation range in the multi deca scale.
Mosfet and fuses are known well but looking for a single self contained component 2 points of connect and "it works".
so thermistor fuse but functions with very wide precision Gate/choke. If this isn't a thing i understand it could be designed in a small package as a multi in one component in shell easier then a scientific designed layered one.
I'm assuming it would consist of a Alloy Junction or specialty mosfet stacked on a regular Thermal fusing component ideally PTC like in a 5mm-60mm package.
2 terminal DC device... so where does the mosfet get a drive voltage from?
as a packaged IC device would be Within the package sourced from input so positive would be powering a thermal package controlling the mosfet drive on the same chip or lithographed IC passive power consumption through driver circuit in parallel to mosfet and mosfet clamping 0hm-infohm.
But this in my mind more of a bi-layer polymer based specialized Semi conductor sandwich Material wizard design. As simple as a film resistor on outside but yes functions like a 2 pole mosfet controlled by magic (resistance curve based on temp whether by liquid metal, materials, capacitive gap ect etc).

I've seen wax+spring based fuses that work like that
"controlled by magic - resistance curve based on temp, whether by liquid metal, materials,"- but of course, they are one-way actions.
