Advantest R6245 - Dual-Channel SMU

Thanks for information and I will test both because I'm a little rusty in python.

I tried to calibrate R6246 with front panel with no success. I think that calibration in only possible with GPIB. If anybody know more about calibration without GPIB, please share information.
