Does anyone know if anyone does an Arbitrary Waveform generator with a +-15v output? Need to drive ~1k load, at up to 10Mhz (sine)
I could easily make a little amplifier to add to a std unit that does +-10v output, but if i could get a unit that did it all in one that would be handy!
Well these are usually built with 50Ohm outputs. 30VPP into 50 Ohm is: 10.6V RMS, 2.25W. The thing is, getting 10VPP (typical for AWGs) is easy, and you can do it with a single opamp. Getting 30VPP is slightly more difficult, and usually it doesnt get designed in.
Also, if you make a few MHz signal, connect it to an antenna, it could violate laws in many places.
That being sad, I faintly remember, that the BK 4000 series has higher voltage output.
Does the output need to be wideband capable? If low frequency output is unnecessary you may be able to simply use a small pulse transformer for step-up of a lower voltage output.
The upcoming Siglent SDG6000X has 20Vpp up to 40MHz on HiZ load
I checked some external amplifier but they often offer a limited bandwidth

There may be other similar options, I just happen to know the guy who produces/sells these, so I knew of the existence of this particular product.
It's also possible to DIY a power amp, but would be a bit of work.

1kohm in series with 50 ohm presumably means that the HiZ output needs to be 21/20 * 30Vpp = 31.5Vpp
Tabor do some (expensive) units that do 16Vpp into 50 ohms and 32Vpp into hiZ but even at refurbished 65% discount the cost is $2000 (The WS8102)

Tha't pretty uncommon with these things. Usually they have +/-10V into high impedance, don't know an off the shelf model with higher amplitude. Some older analog function generators can do +/-15V or even +/-20V.
Some of the older analogue ones will do that. HP3312A will for example.
I'd build an amp myself. 1K isn't hard to drive at 10MHZ.

3312A is 20V pk-pk maximum into an open circuit. You may be thinking of the 3325A, which had a high voltage output option.

You are only telling us one parameter pair when you mention driving 10MHz into 1kOhm. On the other side, you specifically ask for an ARBITRARY generator, whose purpose is generally to drive anything but sine! So I suspect that you have some other requirements as well. A output amplifier or booster for a arbitrary waveform generator should be specified for DC as well as for step functions, otherwise it's a output modifier (filter)!
Even if it was a erroneous designation and you do not need and ArbGen, it would be helpful to know more.
As mentioned above, there is the HP 3325A with option 002, which gives you 40Vpp, but triangle is limited to 11kHz (Sin to 21MHz, Square to 10MHz).
Also the nice little HP3314, which goes to 19.99MHz with option 001 would give you 30Vpp. (not sure about limitations, but this one does ARB)
I looked at my Analogic's and they do only 10Vpp into 50Ohms, same for the Prema ARB1000 and the SRS DS345. And those are fairly high-end. So you would need to go either for one of the devices with special options or use a booster. If you really need only the 10MHz SINE with 30Vpp into 1k, then somithing might be cobbled together using a modern power OPA and/or buffer IC.
Addendum:
the HV output on the HP3314 AND the HP3325 is specified only to 1MHz Sin/Sq, I don't know if it is active at all above that. I also darkly remember a Arb generator from Wavetek with a 100Vpp output (option?), but no designation.
