I would like to request the discount code, please. :-)
Thanks much!
Matt
Would someone send me the code, please?
I've been waiting for a sale on the Rigol DS1054Z for over a year, and I see that TEquipment.NET has it for $349 now. With the discount code on top of that, it's finally in my price range! It should be a nice upgrade from my old 20-MHz Kenwood scope.
Another request to use on the limited time sale on the Rigol DS1054Z. Will be my 1st digital scope!!!
Discount code please

Hi, please see first post.
How does one apply the discout code with paypal? Does it ask after the paypal payment?

It's for
TEquipment.net.
They take PayPal, but you must use their site to make the transaction as the code will not work in eBay/PayPal directly.

You can apply code after paypal, you have one more step to review etc.
Also there is a alt code that is active right now, so you dont have to wait.

Note that this removes the free options discount, not sure if they are allowing combination, cause it doesnt work.

FWIW, you cannot combine discount codes. Pick the best one and go with it.
Hello friends, and Happy Thanksgiving to all. I was wondering if someone could kindly share with me the discount code for Tequiment? I plan to do some gift shopping there!
Thanks in advance.

Well, I almost ordered a Rigol DS1054Z, but I'm going to wait with the new competitors coming out like the Siglent SDS1104X-E. I have a feeling the DS1054Z's price is going to keep falling to remain competitive with the newer offerings. I don't think I can go wrong by waiting.
I'd really like to snag a 200-MHz scope with 4 channels for around $400. Fingers crossed that Siglent made the SDS1104X-E hackable to capture the hobbyist market like Rigol did so successfully.

That said, the current $349 special is lower than the EEVBlog discount applied to $399 (6% off). So it may actually be in your best interest to go ahead and get it at the $349 price and get to work.
FWIW, the MSRP on the new Siglents coming out will be higher than the Rigol 1054Z (i.e. 100MHz version is supposed to sell @ $499, and we currently know nothing as to whether or not it can be unlocked). Hopefully street prices will be a bit less, but I doubt it will be all that much.
Competetive? I doubt there will be any competition for 4 channels at $330 anytime soon by anyone.
There still a discount available?
I keep getting lucky with this forum... unintentionally I always see a thread as I am looking form something unrelated, that is for something else I am doing. Was getting ready to order some JBC handles for the UniSolder... a discount would be great.

The VP from Teqp put a temp code in the 1054z on sale thread here and said they will give the discount and the free software as well. The software freebie offer is from Rigol not Tequipment. Saelig is doing it as well.

Those are good points. I really don't see how I can go wrong with the DS1054Z for $328 right now. In fact, I went ahead and ordered one today.
I think I bought my used 20-MHz CRO about 15 years ago for around $150 on eBay. I hope my new Rigol is still performing as flawlessly as my 20-MHz one after 15 years of use.

Probably not, but I think the Rigol's price is going to have to permanently stay well under $399 if it is going to be sold alongside the new crop of entry-level oscilloscopes. I think Rigol's three-year-old hardware will be a tough sale at $399 compared to the new Siglent at $499, which requires no hacking to get 100 MHz. If the Siglent's street price is $450 and/or it turns out to be easily hackable to 200 MHz, I can't see anyone buying the Rigol at $399.
Of course, all my speculation is moot if Rigol is planning to replace the DS1054Z soon (which I'd bet they are).
