Frasers' Thermal Camera collection - The definitive list + Lenses & Software

I previously produced a list of the thermal imaging cameras in my collection as a potential information resource for the Thermal Imaging sub forum members. I often provide information on the cameras that I own when such is requested.
The original thread listing the collection has become cumbersome so I have decided to start a new thread with the definitive list of camera models in my collection. This single list in this post will be kept up to date and an update post added to the thread to highlight a change. This should enable forum members to easily check whether I own a camera that interests them in some way.
I have worked on many of the cameras in this collection so can sometimes help with technical comment on the designs.

Seek Thermal Pro "J3-603-320" Core with 6.5mm F1.2 lens (<9fps)
Does Joe-c's software work with that core?
Alternate question is: Is there an NDA attached to the associated SDK?
...Or were you hoping for no comments to mess up this thread?

No problems with comments 👍🙂
The Seek SDK is covered by an NDA. The same SDK and software works with all the phone dongles and the Seek OEM cores that output USB data. Whether the J3-603-320 core will work with Joe-C’s software I cannot be certain.
The core is inside a camera so I cannot test Joe-C’s software with it at the moment.

Man I really wonder if that Raytheon BST core config tool can be used to disable the "zoom" on the old cadillac cores.

It has two models of core detailed ..... 320 x 240 pixels and 320 x 120 pixels. There is no option to change between the two, it is auto detected.

Damn, so it's likely a hard restriction in the FPGA that does the acquisition. Thanks for checking

The little Seek Reveal cried out from the eBay auction for me to adopt it and provide some TLC for its injury. How could I refuse such a cry for help
I have always wanted the blue colour Seek Reveal anyway
The Pxx series remote control is for my Pxx/Sxx series camera that is still awaiting my attention.

Seek Thermal Compact iOS version added for experimentation with SDK.
The Seek Thermal SDK and driver does not care whether the camera is the Android or iOS version. This has also been proven with people using a simple (modified) connector adapter to convert the iOS version to work on Android phones.

Groupgets Pure Thermal 2 Lepton PCB procured to experiment with the FLIR Lepton 3.5 and as a test jig for Lepton cores.
Added to list of cameras as it is effectively a Lepton based Thermal Webcam
UPDATE: the PCB turned out to be a cheap China sourced Clone with a fake STM32F412 processor. Returned to seller for full refund.

Hi! If you remove the battery from a imager Flir One Pro Gen3, will the imager work without a battery when voltage is applied to the Type-C charging connector?

Hi Fraser
I just got my hands on an Argus HR320 and i love it
I currently also own a FLIR SC640, CAT S61, HTI-A2, a few HIKVISION DS2136 Thermal CCTV cameras, a Dahua temperature monitoring camera, a FLIR C2 and a FLIR one
I was looking to modify some settings in the HR320 but looks like i would need the software for more advanced stuff
Could you please share your software?
Also can you please tell me if you used the standard round m12 usb cable or did you make your own, is it a USB protocol or is it USB to serial?
If you can share the pinout for the round m12 connector in the camera it would be awesome
Thank you !

I have the software and can share it. I am using the official USB cable. From memory, it is a USB A plug to a Fischer (not LEMO) type plug. I will look up the details.

Thanks a lot
For the USB cable can you please probe with a multimeter and let me know which pins go from USB end to where in the camera socket?
Looking to make one myself.

I will probe the lead in a minute and supply a sketch. You wil need a fischer 102 series plug or make something to fit yourself.
The Software is now available to download and I will send you the link by PM
