Dear Dave:
--I suppose you are right about having fly by nights on your program. Still I would love to see you lay into them. Maybe you could have a "Second Law of Thermodynamics Violator" feature, where you trash the product, like you did the vacuum cleaner, priceless.
--Speaking of Richard Dawkins. I would like to see him debate Roger Penrose. They have slightly different takes on the Second Law. Either one would make a good guest.

In general I believe the guests should be those that would be genuinely interesting to the target audience. To invite people onto the show just to mock or deride them just lowers the tone and others' opinions of the show. I would rather spend one hour of my time listening to some interesting people than have some fool get the mickey taken out of them.
Will Limor Fried (Ladyada) ever be a guest on The Amp Hour?
What about someone from the Raspberry-Pi team? It is relevant this days.
Alexander.
My guest suggestions are for:
HAL 9000 - as in "I'm sorry Dave. I'm afraid I can't do that"
or the TI Speak & Spell
