Hi Dave,
I don't have a scope yet! You know poor student and all! But since I have a very serious tool fetish I might as well have a very good scope, right?
Hard to be warm & fuzzy in Minnesota , seen about -26 below F. this winter .
Now Dave was a girl & close by , a snuggle to keep warm & fuzzy
Trying to put together a repair bench for ham radio hobby , but on disability - find broken stuff , learn to fix it .
I would very much like to win this awesome scope,.. Please enter my details into the draw
Many thanks.
I would love a new scope for my budding electronics re-lab!
My sob story is that I don't have a sob story. I merely want more equipment than I am willing or able to pay for.
When I was a child I opened up a hameg scope and played around with the potentiometers inside.
I still have the scope, but I need another one (and a function gen ofc.) to calibrate it. I wish this was a joke, it is not but in my defense I can say that I was just 12 years old at the time.
DSOX1102G is a 2 Analog + 1 Digital channel scope. Digital input can be used in serial decode and to probe digital signal, it can trigger, etc etc. It is a nice feature not available on any 2-channel entry level scope.
I hacked my EDUX1002G to DSOX1102G so I would like to compare performance of hacked vs unhacked scope. I am also pushing the hacked EDUX1102G to 200MHz and beyond and the original DSOX1102G can be an excellent addition to my hacking bench. As officially my unit is an EDUX1000 scope, I cannot request trial CAN and LIN serial decode options.

I'd totally donate one of these to my local hackerspace. They're absolutely great but they have 2x single channel scopes and it's really poor.
ONCE
Hi Dave! Love your content! I don't have 50 posts but I do come to your forum a lot to get tips and suggestions.
Mediocre Sob story: I am setting up a small engineering and manufacturing company in Haiti. I think it's the best way to help the economy. I could definitely use this scope!!!
Hi Dave
I'm a computer science instructor at a university in California. I specialize in robotics and would really like to introduce to my students the electronics aspect of robotics. I'm a novice and need to get more experience myself. I would really like to get a scope to help with that, but I don't have the resources. Can you help?
Hey Dave, I get by with a 6$ logic analyzer and a multimeter, would be nice to own a proper scope
Thank you for considering my entry.
WOOOOOOOOOO! One post here you go!
I discovered the EEVBlog a couple of years ago and never got involved in the community apart from reading and learning stuff here and there. But since my new job position kinda re-ignited the "small electronics passion spark" from the past, I sure wouldn't mind getting back on track with everyone.
This is my first reply on this forum and surely not the last !
Once and only !
Hey Dave!
I'm developing a simple, open source and nuclear warfare-proof electric car charger (EVSE). The only problem is my cheap chinese Hantek scope that causes more problems than solutions..
In need of a proper scope..
Thanks!

Win a slightly used Keysight DSOX1102G 100MHz 4CH scope with function generator!
Post ONCE and ONCE ONLY in this forum thread to enter.
Seriously, ONCE ONLY, or I'll delete your entry.
Entries close mid march-ish
You MUST be a valuable contributor to the forum to enter, say 50 post or something minimum, or maybe half dozen spectacularly valuable posts, to be decided at Dave's discretion in a future live draw video.
One person will be picked randomly using the Wobulator program, and another will be Dave's pick based on your sob story of why you need the scope, or any other criteria Dave picks. No correspondence will be entered into.
You may be responsible for import taxes and charges based on you country and any stupid local import laws you might have. If you don't like this, don't enter.
Do NOT post or comment in this thread if you are not entering, I'll have another thread for discussion here:
Looks nice!

first and last post for scope drawing.
I won't have to replace the intermittent filament 6020 series regulator in my Tek 535. And just use it offshore.
Post to forum to maybe get scope....
Thanks
