• RG58 is 50ohm (or 52), so either they meant to write RG59, or they got the resistance wrong.

• They don't use the RJ-59 designation (or at least properly) in China. They mark it based on wire diameter and connector type and not by the impedance standard. So yes, that cable is likely exactly as specified, it really is a 75 RJ-58.
