How much does each one of them equal in thousandths of an inch Trance Style that comes by default in Proteus 8.13
WHICH OF THEM WOULD BE IDEAL FOR 10A
It depends on information you have not provided such as copper weight, which layer, acceptable temperature rise above ambient, etc.
Kicad has a very nice calculator that will do it or there are online calculators such as this one:
https://www.4pcb.com/trace-width-calculator.html
What's the equivalent of each in in thousands of inches?
The trace style number is exactly that, T20 means 20th.
It heavily depends on the trace length, T100 for 50mm will be ok, but 500mm will need a much thicker trace, at least 500-600th.
For large currents the best is to use polygons, drawing a large rectangle and filling it with copper, using all the available space in the pcb.
