I ordered a DS1054Z from these guys and it seems UPS has lost it, ughh I had to wait a week for shipping, now I'll have to wait another week for UPS to issue a refund, then wait another week for the payment to clear, and wait yet another week for the replacement to get shipped out. At this point I might as well have bought it any where else rather than saving the $35. I should have bought it from Rigol directly and would have gotten it last week.

I just got a DG1022 from Tequipment today via UPS. Stuff happens - it's not Tequipment's fault. There is no guarantee ordering it from Rigol would have avoided the same issue with a shipper.

I don't either. Shit happens. I received yesterday my DS4014 sent directly by Rigol but it was delayed. Fedex mentioned on their website they have experienced inclement weather on their Memphis hub and several delivery dates were compromised. Rigol has nothing to do with it, as well as any other trader. Heck, not even Fedex has anything to do with it in this particular case (although in your case is may either be UPS's fault or even an accident).

Well, you didn't have to request the code, in fact it's not needed (unless you insist on ordering at 2AM), and I don't know why this thread exists. All you have to do is use the tequipment chat and ask for the eevblog discount. They will give you the code or send a discounted quote.

This story makes no sense. You didn't buy the scope from UPS, so why would they have to give you a refund? Just ask Tequipment to cancel the first shipment and send a replacement with expedited shipping. If your salesperson won't help you, talk to Evan.

I do find it appalling that someone thinks the effort to type a digital request for a discount is somehow above him, and that he should just be given a discount for the sake of a discount!
