BE: software developer for embedded systems

I'm looking for a freelance software developer for embedded systems.

Microcontrollers:
ATMEGA, ATSAM, STM32

You must be able to:
-Read schematics and work on hardware all on your own. (All the equipment to do this is available)
-Understand data sheets (More specific: timing diagrams).

The most important requirement:
Don't just make something work. A workaround to shuffle a hot potato under the carpet isn't acceptable.


What I do:
Power electronics. Switching power supplies, motor drives, battery management systems with a CAN bus interface,...
General electronics. That can be anything.

Location: preferably in Belgium
