Looking for UK-based engineer for part-time / contract long term

We are a UK-based music tech startup and we've looking for an engineer who can work on an hourly basis. We have a few custom-made boards, analog and digital, and we have a functioning prototype. We're looking for further improvements in the new revisions, compliance, testing and productionalisation. Ideally we need an engineer who has run production batches using UK/EU-based assembly houses.
