Need help reviewing design, location not important

Hi,

We have an old design that I want some experienced eyes on before redesign. It is a fairly simple design that has to do with driving an electromagnet with mosfets (at certain frequencies), so I am interested in potential issues with back EMF, noise, filtering etc. I am also interested in common pitfalls and if there are any glaring mistakes.
