Dear all,
I'm currently looking for a company which could produce my PCB. In principle. it's pretty straight forward : 4 layers, 2mm thick 4mil/6mill.
My issue is that I need it to be produced out of Rogers RO4730 LoPro.
I tried several serious providers in China... no way.
any suggestion here in EU or in the US ?
thanks in advance.
Eagle Electronics
They are by far the best PCB fab company I have ever used.
There is one high-end one here that do Rogers pcb's:
https://www.aspocomp.comI would suppose they can do that (and damn fast, if needed).
They can make all sorts of other oddities too.
That one is really good indeed
I used PNC as well (for pcb and assembly). I used to just send my stuff to Advanced Assembly, but man, they started getting pricey. Then, they started getting real busy and started to outsource to this place in CA that was not as good. PNC was a good alternative.
If you know where to look on this website, you can find a lot of companies in the wiki but also advertisers. PS: we (
https://www.sfcircuits.com) are one of them!
If you reach out to us, mention this post and someone should give you $100 off your first order.
Everyone's favorite resource these days to find a new boardhouse is pcbshopper.com.
Good luck!
If the PCB production always a problem you meet, you can try to built your own PCB production line, it's easy and convinnient.
We have 0.8mm thick, double side Rogers RO4730 in stock, not sure exactly what you need. Supposably, they are used in 5G antenna, right?

I think every other sales email I receive from Chinese fabs mentions Rogers in their list of materials. I usually delete them but here is one as an example

thanks Bud but they always refer to Rogers 4003c
I have had great experiences with Sunstone
https://www.sunstone.com/I am assuming you have a solid financial expectation for these.
