New Memory switch/casing & PCB manufacturing services
« on: August 21, 2013, 03:28:07 pm »
Hi everyone.

I am based out of Canada and started a business to provide PCB manufacturing service.

We are new in the industry (4 months) and eager to help and provide services to new clients.
Please feel to contact for any questions or quotes.

So... you offer essentially the same PCB service as Seeed and Itead, but at a significantly higher cost ($26 vs $10 for 10pcs 5x5cm)? Probably using the same factory they use, given the packaging and specs?

... That's not very impressive.

As for the membrane switch service, any pricing examples? For custom setups (obviously), in low quantity. I'm vaguely interested.

Ovnr,

There are other factors that are ignored such as quality of service and quality of work.

I admit price at seeed and itead is cheaper.
I will not be able to beat those prices.
However I am offering services and ensuring quality work.

If you are interested in membrance switch/graphic overlay etc. please provide the coraldraw file and I will be able to quote based on the design.

If cheaper price is the highest priority then you are right there are other alternates i.e itead. etc.

Re: PCB pricing - that's well and good, there are plenty of places more expensive than your service too!

Membrane: Assume the same layout and size as the one listed on your eBay store (4x3 12-key), but with custom labels. I don't currently have a drawing for you to quote off of, because the current design is using tactile switches instead (and I would like to swap them out for something cheaper).

Also... coreldraw, lol.

Nothing to laugh about. For membrane keybord work you need vector graphics. It's either Coreldraw or Illustrator. Like it or not, the industry doesn't care... their way or the highway...
