Hello Everyone,
I've been tasked with rebuilding our ZelFlow RO4 Reflow Oven, like this one
https://www.smtresource.com/listings/1347616-used-lpkf-zelflow-ro4-batch-ovenApparently at some point in the near past (but before I was with the company) it overshot the temp on the reflow curve and damaged the top insulation. It now gets much warmer on top then before.
Do I need to remove the old insulation or just add another layer?
I was planning on using the suggestions given by the Whizoo Controleo3 for selections of Insulation sheet and Hi-temp silicone adheasive. Does anyone have any more tips?
Thanks!
