Digital TV license for Agilent Vector Signal Generator

Hi geeks,

As a new owner of an Agilent E4438C opt 005 402 503 601 VSG, my purpose would be to use it for my personal DATV (Digital Amateur TeleVision) radio-ham station development and testing. Also own an MXA N9020A analyzer (without the left BNC digital inputs option unfortunately).
Special interest in DVB-S2, DVB-S and DVB-T.

Did anyone succeed to open the license for the N7623B/C Signal Studio for Digital Video package? I must add: there is NO commercials involved, only personal use.
