Fluke 7001 Volt reference

Hello everyone
We have received the device from customer and the device was in off mode, we just connected in our lab for 5 days to get suitable temperature, but still  oven indicator working  and the output of 10V was 7V.
please advice me to solve this.

Fluke 7001 is similar to Wavetek 7000 except for the DC/DC converter.
