Keithley 228A Rom dump

Anyone got a rom dump for the Keithley 228 or 228A? I have a unit shows +/-1 left display on boot, nothing else and no activity on cpu board apart from oscillator. I've replaced the cpu and ram, some logic, no progress. TIA JC

I'll dig my 228A ROM dump out later. Was going to suggest KO4BB but it seems to be down again.
