Just grab a Keithley 417K from fleabay, noticed that it can take down to 1E-14 A but unable to find related document from google.

Anybody have a manual for it ?

I also get a 4160 input head to part out if needed.

But this manual not describe the 417K variant which have a different front panel

The 417K has different multiplier ampers selector than the 417
