Keithley 417K
« on: January 30, 2019, 12:53:17 pm »
Just grab a Keithley 417K from fleabay, noticed that it can take down to 1E-14 A but unable to find related document from google.  :-//

Anybody have a manual for it ?

I also get a 4160 input head to part out if needed.
