On a first glance:
Nice idea (cheap small generic computer board).
Not the best implementation (flash instead of microsd card, neither breadboard-friendly, nor node-friendly).
Terrible site (bad "scroll pages" idea turned into unreadable "turn scrollwheel a couple times to switch page" implementation).

Verdict:
I'll likely buy a couple to try out.

Sounds pretty interesting. 128mb flash.
I see no memory card slot. It did say usb 2.0 however.

TP-Link TL-WR703N

about this device, we (my friend and I) have been toying since the first time TP-LINK published the news of their cheap tiny router device. We payed just 10 USD for each a router, we bought 3 units, one for him, one for me, and one to do hard experiments (unsoldering things, etc). Unfortunately this device needs a lot of hacks in order to be really ready to play fun (the same happens to Yun, its firmware is very ugly and blocked, in case Dragino is a few light years ahead). One year ago we opened this page to show our results about the hacked firmware. Since then we did a lot of hacks (1), the ewiki has been never updated, it may be it will, sooner or later  :D

(1) also, there is a guy around who is trying to port XINU to WR703N, see OpenWRT forum

128 Mbit.  AKA: 16 MB...it has 512 Mbit (64 MB) of RAM too.  Since nobody ever specifies storage or RAM for computers in bits, it screams "spec inflation" to me.
