atm90e26 UART problem

Hello!
please help me, i having a big issue with my project based on atm90e26  + arduino due ( only chip )
i connected atm90e26  with uart and 6n137 optocoupler and for testing im using esp8266 board and from software side - https://github.com/whatnick/ATM90E26_Arduino
i checked data on osciloscope - on recciver pin i have nice not distorted signal from optocopuler isolation , but no signal on transmit pin. so it looks like deffective chip - but ZQ is working, crystal too and Vref is OK
i tryed to replace chip but new one dont work too.. i dont know what to do because its a very important project for me and i i had no idea i could come across such a problem...

and one more problem - his code doesent work with arduino due

Hello AndrejTB, I'm starting to use the same IC (ATM90E26) and I have encounter the same problem. The IC doesn't respond to any uart command.
Have you found what was the cause to the problem?
I have tried looking the transmit pin with a logic analyzer and i see no responses from the IC.
Another thing, I am using a SAMR34  and not ESP with arduino.
