I'm repairing off grid inverter from a power bank (ap-ss-009, module is labelled as "CH/AP 6SLi-P2000W V2.1")
and after removing blown IGBTs and gate drivers, I'm left with this micro that has a dead short on at least 2 inputs from photocouplers.
consumes ~75mA from 5V, so maybe it can be still cloned.
There is one on low voltage side and one on HV side.

Power pinout is of course incompatible with stm32f030 but matches exactly ch32v003 (NRST + SWDIO on prog header)
Typographically closest ones are no match.
cs32f030 - "CHipsea", but only f6p6, stm pinout
hc32f030 - doesn't exist in this package
hk32f030 - no vcap use, swdio/swclk not routed to prog header
ch32v003 - this device is too old for that chip
Any ideas?
