ch340g DTR pin to nRST pin of GD32F103

usb to uart bridge ch340g DTR pin to nRST pin of GD32F103 via 1kohm resistor.

does this sound like a good idea? Seems every time you connect to the serial port it resets the entire system and an app that takes DTR low to reset errors can make for a continuous reboot cycle. Take out resistor and add a reset switch?

The reset switch sounds the better idea to me.
