ESP32 and Arduino - MAX 6675 Hardware analysis with a Hantek 2 channel DSO

Today we revisit the Max6675 to take a closer look at what goes into the design of a library based on the hardware data sheet to provide for the most efficient interaction with the device using the smallest memory footprint.  This will use a converted example based on the library from Yurii Salimov.  The demo is not designed to be efficient but to demonstrate the steps required.

  After the demonstration is conducted the data produced is simple enough that it can be visually demonstrated and calculated without the ESP32 using a two channel oscilloscope, in this case a Hantek DSO 5000P, using the trigger input to make display of this event easier freeing up the second channel for view.
