Solution
Configure your network settings to use the IP addresses 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 as your DNS servers.

Step 1 Go to Network connection Properties
Step 2 Enter the values
Preffered DNS Server = 8.8.8.8
Alternate DNS Server =8.8.4.4
Click Ok.

I had v3.1.1.3 in my local drive (Original post), which included FMD Programmer:

I found a more recent version of the FMD IDE.

Cleaning up root folder name from chinese symbols helps.

Finally got round to testing the IDE - after knocking up a programming adapter with the CH341(B).   Tried example projects, and got the following compiler error:

(669) prefix list matched more than one SDB type

grinux was correct - any chinese symnbols in the directories screws this up - once moved to another directory, compiled just fine
