Fujitsu F2MC-16FX Microcontroller Development Software

Hi

I recently found an old board on garbage and I got curious about the project. I'm trying to understand how electronic work but when I came to Microcontroller I got surprised that It's an Fujitsu MB96F613 from family 16FX.
I tried to pull the code but I couldn't find a tool for that. Contacting Infineon (who bought Cypress who had own the rights for that micro family), and for my surprise, the page had all the information about SOFTUNE software (dev IDE) but it had no link, just a message to contact support to get the software. I contacted them and they keep me in an infinity loop of questions and there's nothing I say that make them provide me the software. I had not found any reference in internet about. No one talking about alternatives. I don't know what I can do!!!

Anyone have any valid information that can help me?
