I am looking for a simulator, for educational purpose, to simulate ADC, UART, LCD, etc related codes of PIC32MX family microcontrllers. Anyone can help???
Don't bother with simulators.
Just buy a development board.
Tanks for your reply. I have explorer16 development board. I am an educator. I want to use simulator for students to perform their exercise without the Dev. board
Microchip's MpLab XIDE has built-in simulator. I have used to to simulate I/Os Timers, Interrupts,, Output Compare modules of PIC32
How many students = number of development boards required
Seriously, it's much more engaging seeing real hardware react to your code.
Cost? How much does your institution make out of each student?
I have no control over it
Its Saudi Arabia. Students get free education.
Nice.
That's great for them.
...and great for your institution - guaranteed income from the government.
You should go with Proteus Simulator, its best for simulating codes and it has PIC Microcontrollers in its database.
I have tried it as well. As of I know, it does not support PIC32 MCUs
Ahan, I have simulated 8 bit PIC i.e. PIC18f452 etc in Proteus 7, I think if you check for its latest version, you may find support for PIC32.
