Looking for instruction compatible with Toshiba TMP86FH47BUG

I'm trying to work out if this mcu is  variant of the 80c51 intel core or  motorola 6800 core or Z80 or something else

The data sheet says  " 8-bit single chip microcomputer TLCS-870/C series"

Instructions look a little z80-like, but they are not. I think its a cpu of their own design, an enhanced z80 maybe.

None of them. The Toshiba architectures are proprietary.
