Microcontroller JTAG question

Good day. I have a Microcontroller out of an automotive ECU that I would like to extract raw data from and transfer it to a good board. Typically this would be done through JTAG connections on the board but the MCU had been removed and there was some damage done to quite a few pads on the it. The pads which are connected to JTAG are still intact. Would it be possible to connect directly to the MCU with a device and read or extract the information from the MCU itself?
This is an SPC5674FMVY3 MCU. Any suggestions on what device would connect to it as well? I am fairly new at this part of electronics and have a basic understanding of MCU/JTAG/BDM etc.

You would need to power it, and it is a huge BGA device, so powering it would not be easy.

And there is a good chance that the firmware is locked. I doubt serious vendor would forget that.

Those automotive ECUs often use NEXUS trace to load and extract cal data, and emulate cal data. Can do things like overlay/ redirect certain memory regions using the nexus probe Probably locked down tho after its been released. If you have to ask the price, they probably won't sell it to you, and will be confused why you aren't an automotive oem. (I worked on a MPC5777M for a project, which is kinda in the same family as the MPC5674 (marked SPC5674 on the package) but never used the NEXUS probe).

NXP does sell the jtag probe and has an IDE for the series... but it'll be locked.
