MLX12106JB Calibration

Hello, I have some Melexis IC MLX12106JB which need to be calibrated for Capacitif Differential Sensors. Unfortunately i can not find any datasheet or proper Evaluation Board. Is there a way to calibrate it ?   Thanks very much for your helps in advance...
