Hi All,
My apologies if this post is in the wrong forum.
I looked long and hard trying to figure out where to post it so please forgive me.
I acquired a vintage G-Tek Model 9000 EPROM Programmer some time ago and I would like to obtain the (MS-DOS based) software for it (PGMX).
This programmer was built in the late '80's/early '90's and interfaces with a PC via an RS-232 serial (COM) port. Unfortunately, G-Tek Inc. was decimated back in 2005 by Hurricane Katrina. Although a web-site still remains (
www.gtek.com), the hyperlink to the PGMX software no longer works. I have attempted to contact G-Tek Support and they will try and find the old program files but there is no guarantee of success.
I am hoping that someone might still have/use one of these old EPROM programmers and could please help me out with a copy (archive) of the software.
I would like to get this programmer going as many of the newer budget programmers (like XGecu TL866ii Plus, etc.) don't support the higher VPP voltages (21V / 25V) of the older EPROMs.
Thanks heaps,
Shane,
