I attached a schematic for application circuit for M487 MCU from Nuvoton. There is a component that says L=30Z in series with power lines (see red square). What is this? Physically it is 0603 component on their evaluation board. There are 3 or 4 of them.
Are these necessary? I see one before power pins to GPIO, another one before VREF, another before power to ADC converter, few before ground pins. These are in addition to a few bypass caps. This is on their evaluation board NuMaker. I am designing a small pcb for some simple project. Never seen this with RP2040 or any of NRF MCUs. Thanks for info.
