If you run a firewall with NAT ALGs you might want to look into following attack method:

Curious...  not surprised being mostly MS under stuff..

But it took me about 1 minute to craft a behavioral  rule set
to include these ports and typical traffic...

Just disable ALG.
Most of also crippled anyway, for example recent SIP servers keep NAT in mind, and if ALG enabled - it often break things, not fix.
