Buy Aell Wanted section, compulsory country

Is it possible to make it so that in order to post in the buy / sell / wanted section, a country has to be selected?

Nothing worse than seeing item after item that I click on,  located on the other side of the planet

Sure many people kindly put their country in the subject line, but sadly many don’t.
