any one can suggest a better one? because I'm planning to buy insulation resistance for installation and troubleshooting in commercial and industrial wiring's. thank you.

Well not much in it if you compare the specs, only major difference I can see is that the MIT430 would appear to be more ruggedised than the fluke. e.g. it will stand being run over by a transit van (with radio, Sun newspaper and butty box fitted and 3 big weegies (frae Glesga)).

So, If you are running about between commercial and industrial sites I'd plonk for the MIT, their ain't any other real contenders at this portable spec level that I can find.
