Mailbag and Teardowns are both very popular.
Reviews do ok.
My most popular videos have been my soldering tutorials, but only because they are highly keyword indexed (keyword searching muddies the numbers after a while)
New uploaded soldering videos not so popular to my existing audience.
Some of my tutorials or more technical videos have been the least popular, surprisingly.

It's hard to get numbers on this, and you have to differentiate between videos for my subscribed audience, and videos overall based on keyword search views.

Single sample, and totally anecdotal, but I discovered Dave's youtube channel and these forums by way of the soldering tutorials and also the uCurrent power supply series. I watch them all now as they get uploaded, but those were the ones that pulled me in.

The soldering videos were the first ones I found where there weren't people screaming in the comments about how terrible the video was and how incompetent the technician was. Like this one:

Thankfully that guy hasn't uploaded anything more.

Is it still April 1st?

Follow up vid is how to de-solder the IC using only a 9 inch circular saw and a Stillson wrench.

Though you've got to be honest, it's pretty good SMD soldering for a guy with Parkinson's.

There was an even better one that must have been pulled down because I can't find it any more. But it was a supposed "expert smd soldering demo" that was showing how "easy smd soldering is".

The guy starts out by stating how easy it is to do, with only a little bit of practice. He says "here let me show you" and takes out one of those small butane soldering torches with a corroded tip, melts a huge gob of solder onto it... and I'll let your imagination run with it from there.
