Increased EEVblog podcast resolution

As of video #351 I'm upping the resolution of the podcast video file from 480x270 to 640x360.
The aim is to the keep the file size the same but increase the compression and get better resolution.
I've tried it and it looks pretty good, seems to be the same visual quality, but now increased resolution, and roughly the same file size.
Let me know what you think.

FYI, I'm now using an RF value (Constant Quality value) of 26 in x264 instead of 24.
