Agilent 1602B Scope flash dump

I'm trying to rescue my handheld Agilent Scope/Meter that died during software update. Actually my flash ic M29DW323DB is completly blank. I tried to flash firmware from manufacturer site directly to flash ic but it didn't help.
So if someone own this device I would be thankful for flash dump.
