Converting eDP or DDI to a DVI
« on: August 09, 2018, 11:29:49 am »
Hello,

I'm trying to use the eDP or DDI port of an Intel® Atom Processor E3900 Series to drive a DVI monitor but I can't find how to do this.
I'm completely lost between DDI eDP DP DP++ HDMI DVI.
I thought eDP and DP were the same, but for example during my investigation, I contacted NXP to confirm that the PTN3380B used to convert DP to DVI would work and their answer was that it wouldn't work with eDP or DDI.

Does anyone knows how to do this ?

Best regards,
al
