Custom or ready-made keypad at consumer goods standard

Any idea where to buy custom or ready-made keys (we need 4 to 8 key) that are standard consumer electronics quality, similar to remote control as in photo.  Eithere

a. Rubber sheet with conducting bit, as used in the remote control photo

b. Plain rubber sheet to cover keyswitch as in photo (as used by mobile phone power, volume)
