It apparently absorbs screws too. Maybe that's the sensation they're referring to...

It's clearly referring to the use of the accelerometer to set the speed and direction. While unfamiliar in English, the term isn't wrong.
This feature is found in some larger drill-drivers from DeWalt and B&D.

I was waiting for review of ES120 here for a while, but nothing came out.  I have bought from Taobao but going to take a while to reach me through sea.  They also make TS100 soldering iron (probably one of the best portable soldering iron, reviewed by Mike Harrison before).

I have one of those, and the mechanism surprisingly makes quite some sense.  However, my ES120 has a defect in the socket that takes the 4mm bits:  Normal 4mm hex bits cannot quite be pushed through to the magnet as there is a circular ledge in the way, so they don't stick.  (The magnet is powerful enough; this is easily shown by putting in a bit upside down -- even the small tip will stick to the magnet quite well.) The bits also wobble a bit too much for my taste (as also can be see in the video above).
