ENIGMA C4 CABLE or A4 adapter

Hello everyone,  I am looking for helps to build a Cable for ENIGMA programmer, I need the model "C4 cable", just to know the wiring diagram from DB-9 to DIP-8, then I can do it  myself.
If somebody have the Enigma programmer to wiring up the "cable C4 or A4 adapter", could show the wiring diagram from DB-9 to EEPROM PINs 24C16 ??
