finding problem
« on: October 29, 2017, 09:28:39 am »
hello
I have a BLDC speed controller.
it has three mosfet driver , and 6 mosfets.
all mosfet driver low sides outputs are the same and 12 volts(in on condition).(acc to shematic=G-AL)
but in mosfet driver high sides 2 outputs are 24 volt(from the circuit main ground) and one of them is 12 volt(in on condition)..(acc to shematic=G-AH)
which of them(high side outputs) voltage is correct?
and which that is faulty what can be the cause of it? and how can I repair it
the schematic and pcb files are attached.

Convert whatever those documents are to PDF or an image, and i can have a look,

The low side drivers should pull the coil wire to 0V when on, and the high side drivers should pull it to VCC when on, when both are off, i would expect it may float around 12V

With no power, are any mosfets short circuited, replace the motor with some resistors, (delta arrangement), pick higher values, like 10K, and measure if any of the pairs are higher or lower on idle, it may indicate one side is leaking, or one side is open circuit. similarly when driven high or low, does its voltage reflect this?
