HD637B01V0 - ripping stored program?

So I have a board with this MPU (HD637B01V0) and I'd like to know -
1) Is it possible to download a stored program from this device? I don't see anything about chip security in the datasheet.
2) Which programmer can I use? I have a GQ-4X4 (I think) and a TL-866II+, and have access to a BP Micro unit.

It wouldn't be readable if it were a mask ROM, but it doesn't seem to be one.
As noted in the datasheet, it can be read with the same settings as a 27C256.
connect it to the programmer using a breadboard.

After mulling it over, for a variety of reasons, I drew up Gerber files to have an adapter PCB made up, and which follows.
Gerber file also includes an 'app note' about the resulting data dump.

And to close this out, I built one adapter and just completed two successful rips!
