HP6215A PS transformer problem

HI guys,
        I have a HP6215A power supply board without transformer. I have the service manual. the output of the power supply is 25V . I am having a 25V output transformer .If I connect the 25 volt ac to the board along with the biasing supply from another transformer of the prescribed rating will it work, will it get down to zero. I don't want to damage the board that's why I am asking you guys.
