Mobility scooter indicators.

I have a mobility scooter, is a Rascal 388XL a pavement or road going scooter. It has indicators, but there not functioning. I have checked the user manual, and they should be working on this model. The lenses and bulbs are there, but I've discovered there is no molex incoming cable from the wiring loom. So it looks like they where intended to be plugged in, as the female line socket to the switch is present, but not connected up. So my question is, is it possible to get them wired up and functional, and it's the same with the hazard switch, it's fitted, pre wired but not connected to anything,and no where to connect it to. Any ideas how I could get the indicators working would be good. Thanks for reading any thoughts appreciated. The switches are present, so are the indicators lenses bulbs and wires behind the light fittings.

I can't get one of the images to post, it's double posted one image. But it has pre wired indicators front and rear, but no where to plug the switches into.
