my home brew morse code key

  my first YouTube video about my morse code key. kindly give me your feedback and suggestion on improving  it !

First thing to improve, only 3 words ... focus, focus and focus.

For improving the key;
Seems like the base might be quite light, add a chunk of metal to the bottom of the case for some more weight, and some little rubber feet.
Maybe a dim LED on the key, if it is easy.

For your speed;
I found that instead listening to each tone/learning each tone, learn the strings. Eg, don't learn a decision tree for the morse, instead just learn the strings.
Practice.

Is that just a straight key or an Iambic? Looks like a straight key. Going to be kinda hard to control a "Bug" as a straight key.
