Optical Electronics Inc. (OEI) IC datasheets?

Seeking scanned datasheets and/or app notes for the AH0013 wideband FET preamp (8-pin DIP) and the AH0014 FET input operational amplifier (14-pin double wide dip), made by Optical Electronics Inc. (OEI) in the 1980's and early 1990's.  Company seems to have left the chat, without leaving much of an internet impression.

I built these into specialized laser detection equipment back in the early days of LIGO; now trying to reconstruct the functions. Any help appreciated.

Thanks very much! I wonder what happened to OEI?

More importantly, what happened to the schematics of the modules?  I keep seeing OEI Multiplier, sine and cosine module descriptions that seem wonderful.  Last I checked the founder went to be with his maker, and the company went to the Widow. Then information stops.

The principal designer, Homer Tilton, passed away in 2010
