PCB Assembler

Does anyone know of a reliable PCB assembler of small quantity PCBs?

I am looking to have about 50 PCB's assembled, all SMD 0603 parts, SOIC and 1 64-LQFP u-Controller (totally about 350-400 pads). There is no through hole stuff.

I am in Australia but will take suggestions of assemblers from nearly anywhere (all the components are sourced from around the world anyway).

While I've never used them, I'm a fan of the blogs written by the staff at http://www.screamingcircuits.com/. So you might take a look at them.
